A Great Greek Pasta Salad
This is a great make-ahead pasta salad loaded with the flavors of Greece!
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup olive oil
- 0.5 cup red wine vinegar
- 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1.5 teaspoons dried basil
- 1.5 teaspoons dried oregano
- 0.75 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 0.75 teaspoon white sugar
- 2.5 cups elbow macaroni cooked
- 3 cups mushrooms fresh sliced
- 15 cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup red bell peppers sliced
- 0.75 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 0.5 cup green onions chopped
- 1 can whole black olives
- 0.75 cup pepperoni sausage sliced, cut into strips
Instructions
- Whisk olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, basil, oregano, black pepper, and sugar together in a large bowl.
- Add cooked pasta, mushrooms, tomatoes, red peppers, feta cheese, green onions, olives, and pepperoni. Toss until evenly coated.
- Cover, and chill 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve and enjoy!
